** iRandomizer Numbers – Pulled from the App Store **

As many of you are probably aware, our application ‘iRandomizer Numbers’ had a hidden feature in it.  Tethering.

Tethering is a feature not allowed in the iTunes App Store that enables you to share the internet connection from your iPhone to your laptop or Desktop.

The tethering feature was designed for close friends and family, and wasn’t expected to be released openly.

iRandomizer Numbers was pulled from the App Store on Saturday at 12pm.  If you didn’t happen to download it while it was available, I’m sorry, but you are out of luck.  If you were one of the few who downloaded the application while it was up, and you can’t figure out how to work it, we’ve written a tutorial for Mac and Windows that will teach you how to properly set up and configure your computer to tether with iRandomizer Numbers.

Alternately, if you are a Mac user and are running Mac OS X Lion, you can take advantage of a simple application we designed:  ‘iRandomizer Tethering’ is an AppleScript Application that automatically configures your internet settings to tether with iRandomizer Numbers.   This app is also open source – change it as much as you want!  Simply show the package contents of the app, navigate to resources->scripts->main script and edit all you want.

Download Here:  iRandomizer Tethering

In order to use the tethering feature in iRandomizer Numbers, you must first download and open the application, next enter 1984 into the minimum number field, enter 31337 into the maximum number field, click generate, set up your connection, and press start to begin tethering.

Here are the instructions on how to tether your laptop/desktop with iRandomizer Numbers:
